By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and will handle all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by ZQPEP are intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application of any kind. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products will be used solely for lawful scientific research
• You possess the necessary qualifications, equipment, and facilities for safe handling
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations
• You are responsible for verifying the legal status of each product in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust affected orders and will notify you promptly.

Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request for all products. Purity values stated are based on in-house analytical testing and may have an associated measurement uncertainty.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; a binding contract is formed only upon shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are encrypted using TLS technology. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most international destinations. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We offer multi-temperature shipping (ambient, 2–8°C, −20°C, dry ice) based on product stability requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with import regulations in your country. We are not responsible for shipments seized or delayed by customs authorities.

7. Returns, Refunds & Quality Claims

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once the product has shipped. Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Damaged on arrival: Reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• Incorrect item shipped: Reported within 7 days of delivery
• Quality discrepancy: Supported by independent third-party analytical data, reported within 30 days

Approved returns will be issued a return authorization number. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of ZQPEP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZQPEP and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or research results, arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Products are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZQPEP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZQPEP is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.
